We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, you may return eligible items within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Condition of returned items
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing parts may not qualify for a full refund.
Quality issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a short description. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs, at no cost to you.
How to start a return

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund within 1–2 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.
Late or missing refunds

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
